Control Solutions Group ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems Coming – Early Summer 2023

We are currently beefing up our quality in Metal Manufacturing not only by offering new Laser Cutting and Welding services to the Myrtle Beach area but by streamlining our processes, maintaining records, and aligning goals with ISO 9001. The goal of real-time quality management is to provide visibility into the status of quality at all stages of the product lifecycle. By proactive quality management, we mean taking steps to prevent defects from occurring in the first place, rather than just detecting and correcting them after the fact.

This starts with understanding our customer’s needs and requirements. We then design and develop our products and processes to meet those needs and establish measurable quality objectives. To track our progress, we collect data and measure it against our objectives. We then take action to continuously improve our quality management system.
